David Cheong is a founding partner of David Lai & Tan whose practice covers a broad range of areas including civil, commercial, technology, property and family law. His practice embraces prelitigation advice, trial and appellate work with a focus towards civil, commercial and information technology related litigation. He also has experience in quasi-criminal proceedings.
In addition to David Cheong’s litigation practice, he also regularly advises on matters involving corporate governance and compliance, information technology, conveyancing and general banking.
David Cheong currently oversees David Lai & Tan’s Technology and Conveyancing departments.
