Stephanie is a partner with the firm’s corporate department. Her expertise in equity capital markets and corporate and commercial matters is extensive, spanning both local and cross-border transactions. She has a proven track record of working on complex deals such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, initial public offerings (IPOs), voluntary take-over offer and rights issue exercises, across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, property development, sanitaryware, automotive and oil and gas.

She has been actively participating in equity capital market exercises for companies seeking listings on major exchanges such as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

Stephanie has also been recognized by the Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a “Rising Star” for year 2023 and “Next Generation Partner” in the area of capital markets for year 2024.
