David Cheong is a founding partner of David Lai & Tan whose practice covers a broad range of areas including civil, commercial and family law. He has a wealth of experience dealing with the complexities and intricacies of high value financial disputes and regularly works with financial and digital forensics specialists in his cases.

David Cheong is a collaborative trained lawyer and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. In addition to David Cheong’s litigation practice, he also regularly advises on matters involving corporate governance, restructuring and succession of family companies and businesses.
